Legal conditions for secondary releases
Please note:
Grant of rights
- The authors and the editors of the electronic documents are responsible for compliance with copyright and exploitation rights of third parties. By publishing on the edoc server, the copyrights remain with you.
- The rights granting to the operator of edoc-Server can be found in the deposit license!
Open Access Policy of the publisher of the first publication
Please find out whether and under which conditions a secondary publication is permitted. This depends to a large extent on the agreements between publishers and authors. The different rules range from a general prohibition of the spread of the published article over a temporal limitation of this exclusivity to the permission to publish the articles on a web server, which belongs to the institution of the author.
